Why should I donate?

Won't scrapping the charge cause gridlock?

What about the money "lost" by scrapping the congestion charge?

Don't you care about global warming?

What about the contracts with Capita?

Welcome to the Abolish the Congestion Charge campaign

"We must abolish the congestion charge. It is an example of bad government that should be scrapped. It is an unfair tax, it costs over £5.50 of every £8 to collect and it simply doesn't work.

Congestion and global warming are real problems that require real solutions, not half baked schemes that just make matters worse." more >

Thank you for your support

Thank you to all those who supported my campaign for the London Assembly. I had hoped to secure a seat but it was not to be. Even so, given the resources we had available, I believe that we did very well.

I congratulate Boris Johnson on his election as mayor and hope he decides to scrap this failed scheme, sooner rather than later.

Meanwhile, the fight goes on!
