NOW FOR THE CENTRAL ZONE
Boris Johnson should be congratulated for
scrapping the
western extension, but the central zone must also go and this
failed scheme abolished in its entirety.
It is a nonsense to wait until Spring 2010 to implement the
decision. Charging for the western extension must stop
immediately and all enforcement action cease.
